Oranje-international Wout Weghorst staat op het punt naar Manchester United te verkassen. De boomlange doelpuntenmaker speelt nu bij het Turkse Besiktas dat hem huurt van Burnley. De club van Erik Ten Hag legt drie miljoen euro neer om het huurcontract te verscheuren en de ‘plan-B-spits’ voor een half jaar in te lijven. De boomlange Nederlander zal net als bij Oranje op de reservebank belanden en invallen als er in aanvallend opzicht wat geforceerd moet worden.
